We run a series of workshops focusing on Advance Planning and Death Competency as well as a group Grief Circle please see more details below on each one. At the moment we ask you to register interest and then we will be in touch with dates and times to choose from. We aim to run a workshop every other month but this is determined by demand. We hope to see you at a workshop soon.

Advance Planning Workshop

This is an online zoom workshop where doulas walk the group through the details and benefits of doing End of Life Planning. Each section of our forms are explained alongside updated resources to help inform decisions. You will have access to our DIY forms included in the price of the workshop.

Empowered Endings Workshop

This workshop supports you to explore and develop your death competency- how confident you feel when discussing, planning for, and dealing with death and dying. Developing our death competency can help us to feel less anxious and death and dying and be better able to support others. Topics covered include advance planning, the natural dying process, what to do when someone dies and different types of grief. This is via zoom and is a 5 hour workshop with a break in the middle.

Grief Circle

This is a virtual grief circle and safe space to share with like minded people experiences of loss, grief, endings. The circle will be held by doulas and give the opportunity for everyone who would like to share their experience as well as witness the stories and experiences of others.
